Board of Directors Annual Meeting
The Linn County Trails Association Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis. The November meeting is the annual meeting for the organization. All meetings are open to the public, but public participation is especially encouraged at the November meeting as the new budget and proposed board of directors is voted on during this meeting. Trick Or Treat on the Trail
Linn County Trails Association hosted 30+ children and families along the Boyson Trail at Thomas Park in Marion on Sunday October 31st for Trick or Treat on the Trail. Kids stopped at the LAMBA (Linn Area Mountain Biking Asssocation) to get their first round of candy. The next stop was getting Halloween tattoos on their hands and face. There was a station for doing a leaf drawing and guessing the mystery items that felt like brains and hearts...last, but not least, they stopped at the scary pumpkin man who was handing out fresh cookies and more candy! At 4:00, the Marion Public Library did a 'Ghost Reading', which was a huge success for the children in attendance! Thanks for all the trail supporters who stopped by!

More Ways to Serve You!
The Linn County Trails Association has launched a new website and communication tool. We've invested in technology to ensure that trail users, friends of the trails, and those interested in trail development have an ability to stay connected to current trail developments.
There are several new enhancements with the website and our communication tools. Here are a few highlights -
- Trail users can now view detailed trails maps with descriptions and lengths of the trail
- Trail users can report problems on the trail with the appropriate governing body
- Trail users can get instant feedback about the status of trails
- Facebook and Twitter, and email communication (www.facebook.com/lctrails or www.twitter.com/lctrails)
We encourage you to go explore, give us your feedback and take advantage of the resources on the website.
Thanks again for supporting the trails in Linn County!
Happy Trails,
Geoff Eastburn
